Do not waste more time.....

Let's talk about PROCASTINATION !


Procrastination can be a sign that you simply don't know where to begin. Putting things off may temporarily make you feel better, but in the long run it will most likely add more stress and anxiety to your life. At times when you feel overwhelmed and uncertain of where to begin, just start somewhere.


If you have a idea, no matter how big or small put it in motion. If you have tasks, business moves or that assignment go ahead and make a start on it. Here are some of my top tips on how to stop procrastination;


1- Buy yourself a note book

2- Write all your ideas down no matter how impossible it sounds

3- Write down your end goal then map your journey on how to get there

4- Research , research and research

5- Do small tasks and reward yourself

6- Write a daily to do list

7- START YOUR MORNING RIGHT!


So, don't tell yourself you are going to do it tomorrow. Go and grab a pen and a notepad and write down your ideas or get that dreaded ironing done.
